On average, MicroStrategy paid $45,714 for the new assets between February 15, 2022 and April 4, 2022.

As of April 5, the Company and its subsidiaries owned approximately 129,218 bitcoins and MicroStrategy owned approximately 115,110.

According to a filing with the SEC on April 5, publicly traded MicroStrategy has acquired an additional 4,167 BTC, valued at approximately $190.5 million. MicroStrategy acquired the new holdings between February 15, 2022 and April 4, 2022 at an average price of $45,714. As of April 5, the company and its subsidiaries held approximately 129,218 bitcoins, of which MicroStrategy held approximately 115,110.
